With his tireless urge to bring his message to the people – through satirical, absurdist songs about life and society – the inimitable Lars Demian delivers a mix of old favorites, brand-new material, and the occasional cover. He’s joined by his long-time partner-in-crime, the one-man orchestra and multi-instrumentalist David Tallroth – a man uniquely capable of playing tuba, banjo, drums, hi-hat, and cymbals all at once. The duo is also joined by the multi-talented musician Love Meyerson.

One of Sweden’s most distinctive voices, Demian has built a loyal following with his sharp and humor-laced songwriting. His music draws on tango, folk rock, and blues influences. Since his acclaimed debut album Pank (1990), he has released around ten albums, won a Swedish Grammy, and been awarded both the Fred Åkerström and Evert Taube prizes.

After a busy summer tour in 2025 – with performances at Liseberg, the Västervik Song Festival, Stockholm and Falkenberg Song Days, and Lund Song Festival – Lars Demian, David Tallroth, and Love Meyersson will head into the studio to record a long-awaited new album. Scheduled for release on vinyl and CD, the record will feature mostly brand-new songs written by Demian. A single is expected later in the autumn or winter as a taste of what’s to come.

Expect musical eccentricities, good spirits, and sharp suits!

On stage:
Lars Demian – vocals, piano, banjo, guitar
David Tallroth – tuba, drums, trumpet, guitar, banjo, percussion, vocals, etc.
