The world-renowned duo of keyboardist Mats Öberg and drummer Morgan Ågren is now joined by bassist Henrik Linder (Dirty Loops), forming an entirely new trio! Their music is genre-defying and free – a personal and intricate fusion of electronica, beats, jazz, and rock.

Mats and Morgan have been performing together since childhood, having found each other as early as 1981. Still in their teens, they managed to impress none other than Frank Zappa, who after his final Stockholm concert in the late 1980s invited them to take part in two of his U.S. projects: The Music of Frank Zappa at Avery Fisher Hall (with symphony orchestra) and Zappa’s Universe in New York, alongside Steve Vai, among others.

Morgan Ågren is a Grammy-winning drummer with a career spanning both sides of the Atlantic, and in 2010 he was voted “Best Fusion Drummer” in Modern Drummer’s readers’ poll. Mats Öberg, the blind keyboardist and improviser, recently received a Swedish Grammy together with Lena Willemark and Jonas Knutsson, and has led his own trio as well as performed in numerous other ensembles. Henrik Linder is a driven and virtuosic bassist, best known from Dirty Loops, who broke through with their Lady Gaga cover Just Dance (over 2.1 million YouTube views) and later found viral success with Adele’s Rolling in the Deep (an impressive 6.4 million views).
