Sinne Eeg Group (DK)
The Sinne Eeg Group features some of Scandinavia’s finest jazz musicians, placing her in exceptional musical company. The quartet performs at an international level, delivering concerts where interplay, energy, and musicality are always at the forefront.
While critics in Denmark and abroad frequently praise her recordings, Sinne Eeg is widely regarded as even more compelling live.
She has released eleven albums under her own name, five of which have won the Danish Music Award Jazz for Best Vocal Release. Over the years, she has received numerous awards, including the Ben Webster Prize, the DR Jazz Prize, Queen Ingrid’s Honorary Grant, Jazz Special’s award for Danish Jazz Release of the Year, and France’s Palmarès award for International Vocal Release of the Year.
Last year, Sinne Eeg was awarded the French order of merit Ordre des Arts et des Lettres, the state’s recognition for outstanding contributions to art, culture, and literature—a testament to her international standing.
