Here, blaring trumpets meet resonant trombones, a sousaphone whose deep, rolling tones echo the heavy breath of the earth, and saxophones that cry out their lament while the drums, sweaty and relentless, drive the music forward like a primal force.
Swedish Moose Mob Brass Band offers a musical experience where nothing is left to chance – every breath and every beat charged with passion. Here, everyone performs at full intensity; each musician carries their role like a burning torch, and together they create a wall of sound that shakes both stage and soul.
Trombonist Klas Jervfors Turner is behind many of the band’s original compositions – pieces as wild and free as the musicians themselves. With a background spanning raï, reggae, pop, and “world music,” he has collaborated with artists such as Linton Kwesi Johnson, Anna Ternheim, and Magnus Uggla.
Trumpeter Jonas Lindeborg, with over three decades in the service of music, moves effortlessly between symphony orchestras and pop stages. His collaborations range from Taylor Swift and Laleh to the Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Björn Skifs. As a soloist, he has been acclaimed by both audiences and composers including Christian Lindberg, Hans Ek, and Johan Lindström.
