More about the artist

Frida Öhrn possesses a truly unforgettable voice—one that leaves a lasting impression. It cuts straight to the soul, shifting effortlessly between raw, powerful intensity and delicate, tender vulnerability. Navigating seamlessly through diverse musical landscapes, her voice and magnetic stage presence serve as the unifying thread. This evening, she invites the audience to an intimate and deeply personal concert experience, performing music that spans her entire career in a stripped-down, yet profoundly impactful format. With harmonica in hand and acoustic guitar by her side, she opens her musical treasure chest to share its riches.

The performance promises a captivating mix of stripped-back ballads and heartfelt pop tunes, featuring the chart-topping hit “Release Me”, evocative country gems from Cookies ’N’ Beans, hits from her electronic solo project ÖHRN, and memorable entries from the Melodifestivalen stage.

In this concert, Frida Öhrn offers a rare glimpse into her personal and artistic journey. She breathes life into songs that have accompanied her since childhood—music that has shaped her evolution as a songwriter and performer. With a touch of serendipity, the evening might even include a brand-new melody. It’s a rich and colorful palette, and while its origins are varied, the pieces come together to form a beautifully cohesive whole.

"I’m beyond excited! This is something I’ve dreamed about for years, but I never quite managed to bring everything together under one umbrella. Now, I get to embrace all these songs, perform them in a special evening, and welcome the audience into my world. [...] I’ve already tried it out a bit and fell in love with the concept, so now I’m taking it across the country—celebrating every musical side of myself. After twenty years as an artist, this feels like the perfect way to tie it all together. It’s meaningful and deeply fulfilling," Frida shares about the tour.

Throughout her career, Frida has collaborated with some of Sweden’s most celebrated musicians, forming part of several successful musical ensembles. Among her notable achievements is her partnership with Bo Sundström, where together they brought Pär Lagerkvist’s poetry to life on the critically acclaimed album “Den Lyckliges väg.”

Picnic theater

This is a picnic event, or as we like to call is: Picnic theater. That means that you may bring your own food and drinks to the event.

It doesn’t matter what you bring – take-away pizza at one table is followed by oysters and caviar at the next. Bring what you feel like, and don't forget to bring glasses and cuttlery!

Please note that you may not bring food if you have tickets for the balcony, only drinks and snacks.
